REVIVAL 2025: First Love

Overview and Introduction
Too many believers today are lukewarm—comfortable, distracted, and far from the fire of God. Churches have lost their passion, and many live powerless Christian lives. But revival is God’s way of shaking us awake and calling us back to Him.
We need revival because:
-
- Many have lost their first love for Jesus.
- The church has become more focused on programs than on God’s presence.
- The world is growing darker, and we need the fire of the Holy Spirit to shine.
Revival is not optional—it is urgent.
Revival begins with prayer. Before God moves in a church, a city, or a nation, He first moves in the hearts of individuals. As you pray these revival prayers, don’t just recite them—cry out to God with passion.
Let your heart burn for a fresh move of the Holy Spirit in your life and the world around you.
Let the members inside and outside of Great Plains be knit together for and in unity!
Prepare Your Heart for Revival Through Prayer
Revival does not happen by accident—it happens when people humble themselves, seek God earnestly, and remove distractions that hinder His presence. Many long for revival, but few are willing to prepare their hearts for it.
If we truly desire a fresh move of God, we must position ourselves spiritually, emotionally, and physically to receive it. Revival starts in the secret place, in the quiet moments of surrender where we cry out:
“Lord, I am ready—do whatever You need to do in me!”
